Our packaging policies are designed to enhance the overall customer experience. Orders above 5000/- will include a complimentary pouch, and an additional pouch will be added for every increment of 5000/-. For instance, if your order exceeds 12000/-, two pouches will be included.
Furthermore, all our orders come with a gift-worthy cardbox packaging that features custom branding. For orders comprising one to three pieces, one box will be included, while orders comprising three to six pieces will come with two boxes.
If you are interested in additional boxes for gifting purposes, kindly inform us in advance, and we will include extra boxes with applicable charges

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
